Abstract

The Constitutional Court will have to resolve the conflict between constitutional bodies of the State, no. 8992-2025, promoted by the Senate against the Government, whose object is given by the non-compliance that the Executive has been making in recent years of the constitutional duty to present the draft law of the General State Budgets, by taking advantage of a budget extension so long that it exceeds the logic of its regulation and the interpretations made by the doctrine.
