Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the treatment of public debts in the bankruptcy law, identified as owned by the state administration, particularly the Treasury and the General Treasury of Social Security, and extending to the Autonomic, Provincial and Town Treasury and professional creditors which are involved in an universal enforcement proceeding.
